When I pulled the toilet, the flange ring was completely rusted and partially broken. Not an easy problem to fix... Another plumber told us the whole drain line needed to be replaced. SSI came to offer a new quote, repaired the flange properly, reset the toilet and it’s been solid ever since. Saved us a ton of time and money, glad I called!
